Who operates this site

This site is operated by LithoPoint, a sole proprietorship operated by Mike Leonardo in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Write to legal@lithopoint.com about anything on this page.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no form on this site, no account, no newsletter signup, no analytics, no advertising network and no tracking pixel. We set no cookies, and nothing is written to your browser's local storage.

Because there is nothing to opt out of, there is no cookie banner. A banner that asked you to consent to nothing would be theatre.

What our host sees

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request in order to deliver the page and to defend it from attack: your IP address, the page requested, your browser's user-agent string, and the time of the request. We use this only in aggregate and only through Cloudflare; we do not build profiles from it, join it to anything else, or sell it. Cloudflare's own handling is governed by its privacy policy.

Email

If you write to hello@lithopoint.com or legal@lithopoint.com, your message and address reach a mailbox hosted on Google Workspace. We keep correspondence as long as it is useful to keep, and we do not add you to any mailing list on the strength of having written to us.

Our software

This notice covers this website only. LithoPoint's software products each carry their own privacy notice, which is the one that governs what an app does on your machine.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Given that this site collects nothing, the honest answer in almost every case is that we hold nothing beyond any email you have sent us. Ask anyway if you want to be sure — write tolegal@lithopoint.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting something — an analytics tool, a mailing list, a contact form — this page will be rewritten to say so before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
